Let me start by saying that this is a great item. It's well made and has plenty of pockets for organization. The felt is very thick and the design is beautiful. I bought a large Hokeeper organizer for my Neverfull MM. I've had this Neverfull for years and don't use it because it's a bottomless pit. I figured having an organizer would make me use this bag more often. I bought the recommended size which is a large size. It's definitely too big for Neverfull MM in my opinion. In fact, it's wider at the base than the bag. That way your bag will definitely look bigger than it should, or the organizer will just fold up (not fully open) because it's too big for the bag. My picture will show. I returned the large one and bought the medium one. I noticed another reviewer did the same and she seemed very happy with her size choice (medium) and it looked much better in her bag. I will update this review when I receive my strap in the mail. UPDATE: I received my new Hopkeeper organizer today. I ended up ordering beige instead of black. It's lighter than the LV's sedan, so it's not a perfect match. I like it better than black. The best thing is the size. MEDIUM is the best size for those who never fill up. As you can see in the second picture it actually fits and stretches fully.
