The way they work with their clients to understand exactly what we need for our app development project. They are very flexible when it comes to working within budget constraints as well as timeframes. Sometimes I think there can be some confusion between communication channels (email vs phone calls). This could have been resolved if there was someone who could speak both languages. But overall great experience so far! We're building an application that will allow users to book train tickets from their mobile devices. So this has allowed us to build something really useful quickly without having to spend months developing it ourselves.
