Let's be honest - I'm not sure how effective these masks are without built in filters but more importantly they fit my baby. She is 4.5 years old and the one with the loops around her ears has always fallen off because she has smaller, softer ears and/or her hair gets in the way and immediately slips off. Even with adjustable straps or if we make up a loop and tie it, they always manage to slip off because it's so small. The adjustable cable is especially helpful. It takes a bit of dexterity to get the right fit as it is too tight and leaves a line on her face and too loose and tends to slide down.
