Unusable, incomplete, defective and poorly restored defective auto part

scrap! This is clearly a remanufactured item that arrived broken just like the one I replaced. One of the mounting screws had snapped off. The plastic housing cover for attaching the cable is open. It was definitely a "you get what you pay for" experience. I immediately returned it and bought a Dorman actuator. Dorman worked great. Yes, Dorman was three times taller. But it worked!
