Considering the price these fog lights work well and are well built for a city driver. If you do a lot of off-road driving, on gravel roads or on mountain passes, I cannot attest to the strength of the glass. However, with the cheap price of these units, it may make sense to simply get a replacement safety net kit or find a suitable shelter. As for installation, as mentioned, there were no wiring instructions, but a generic Winjet schematic is to use here - http://winjetinc.com/pdf/winjet_foglights_wiring.pdf. This is the main wiring. As for installing the lightweight build, I used the Honda Element installation instructions found here - http://techinfo.honda.com/rjanisis/pubs/AI/AII24288.pdf. Took me about an hour but I'm quite experienced with this level of attention. For those who have never done anything like this, it can take 3 hours.
