Review on 🚰 Enhanced FloodStop for Lead-Free Water Heater & Whole House - FS 1.00-NPT v4 by Shree Carmean

Everything seemed to work fine at first. Ease of installation. However, the engine struggles to rotate the valve. The instructions say to run it monthly for the valve to work, but testing last week made it clear this isn't a product that will last long. It opens fine, but when I click the "Close" button, it doesn't close completely. It's open enough for quite a bit of water to flow through. If you really did water break, it would only reduce your damage, not prevent it. Water flows until you hear an alarm or return home. Depending on how long you've had the leak, there's nothing that can stop it. What's the difference between 2 inches and 10 inches of water in your basement? I bought it on 9/5/2018 so I just ran out of manufacturer warranty. Shame as I was hoping it would be as good as their competition which is much larger. I will buy another product and I will post how it compares to this one.
