Nice, but not "one size ".
I bought this belt to pair with a gray sweater dress and it fits perfectly. The belt, as in the photo, is not entirely accurate. I'm 5ft 4in and 124lbs. When I tie the straps I have a gap of about 3 inches at the front. It says "one size", but based on your weight and proportions, I don't think it's "one size" if you want to look good. Great quality and I have received loads of compliments on this accessory.
