The only criticism is that the speed does not change. That said, the battery life is impressive for running on two AAA batteries (included), and the button is extremely sensitive to light pressure (meaning don't press until your finger is red and white). I have three Dremels and I will buy another one of THESE and some special attachments for it before I buy any other Dremel accessories.
