Received exactly what I bought
Having personally touched the IT Cosmetics brushes at Ulta, I realized that the brush itself would be of excellent quality. My only concern was that I bought it online and the listing looked like it came from a third party, possibly a complete fake. But it wasn't a real IT makeup brush and I love it. I smudge and buff with this foundation, it gives good blending and coverage. Suitable for concealer and as a base for both liquids and creams. LOVE IT!
