Production, by the way, in Hong Kong (this is for those "experts" who say that our assembly is what) It was balanced without problems, even taking into account clumsy disks (30-55g per wheel with 70g allowed according to GOST for domestic rubber). Yes, noisy, but in winter safety is more important than comfort.
