We have had like 2 small snow storms and it all seemed fine until we got a big snow storm and of course it broke when I needed it’s the most. Then of course there is no way to get ahold of the company and it’s now out of stock. Very bridle parts that Break easily and honestly the extension is not that much even tho they advertise it being substantial.

The snow/ice scraper is a great deal, sturdy enough to handle the 10" of snowfall in one night on my vehicle. However, the telescoping feature isn't very long. It would probably work well enough on a compact vehicle, but I drive a large truck, and I'm not terribly tall. This made it impossible to scrape ice and thoroughly brush snow on the entirety of my windshield.

I had an issue with the product when I first received it but the seller went totally above and beyond to make it right. Once the issue was resolved, I was able to really look over the item. I haven't been able to scrape any ice or brush away snow yet, but I'm in Ohio and it's coming! I can say it's very sturdy and I'm sure it'll be great for short people like me with the extendable handle. Definitely worth purchasing for winter months, and the seller is an added bonus!

This is not a sturdy or reliable product. The scraper handle broke on the second use. The handle broke while using the sweeping function, so it was not even under stress when the plastic snapped. I would not recommend this product.

This brush is very strong, perfect for my F-150, easy to use, telescoping, 39 inches get the windshield clean and has a foam ergo-grip for a Great handling !

This broke in my hand the very first time I tried clearing ice from my car window. Returned it the same day. Good idea but poor material!

It works for frosty truck windshield. Haven't used it in heavy snow yet. Wish it was longer reach. The scraper blade is fair but could also be wider. Or how about multiple blade attachments, different widths and curves. Haven't used the brush yet in heavy snow.

I had some hesitation to get something as dull as an ice scraper for one of my wife's Christmas presents, but she loved it!

It's quite sturdy even when its extended. Bristol's are multilayered and thick which helps in removing thick snow layer. Rotate and lock feature of the brush is really helpful in pushing the snow of the roof of the car.

I ordered this product over the summer because last winter I didn’t have one and was using my house broom to clean my car. I wanted to be ready this winter and I sure was. This brush/ice scrapper is great. I’ve had it in my trunk this whole time and it doesn’t take up any space. It’s very light and easy to use. The only bad thing is the locking mechanism to hold it out extended doesn’t always stay locked but works wonderful on clearing the windshield off of snow and ice.

This came apart after about 4 scrapes. Just purchased. It won’t go back together because the cheap metal bent out of shape.

I highly recommend this product. It is well made, sturdy, and I was able to put it together easy enough. Just the right amount of reach for my Jeep windshield.

I saw this brush cause of its price and rating but I regret it now. As you see the locking latch for the height adjustment came broken. I knew something was broke as soon as I lifted up package and heard a loose piece bouncing around the box. The rock pastiche feels extremely flimsy and light so not surprised it broke there. Will be returning don’t bother with this flimsy brush

It’s functions as advertised and everything worked the first time I used it. It doesn’t feel like it’s as sturdy as advertised. I will be curious to see how long it lasts.

Very happy with the product overall , Looks to be a very sturdy and good quality. Only complain I have is with the packaging as all the part are loose in the box and 1 part arrived broken. I ll check with the seller if he can ship the part or replace the items.

I like the design of this brush. And it certainly SEEMED sturdy. But—the scraper also chipped a corner on the first use.Granted: it was during a period of horrible weather with below freezing temps. It’s still useable. But it makes me a little sad, though.My only other real wish is that it was a bit longer for ease of reaching the far side of a tall vehicle. But it’s still perfectly serviceable.

Was satisfied at first but did not last through our first Boston snow storm as squeegee completely fell off. For the price of the item I expected it to me much more robust. Definitely not the right purchase if you live in a snowy location.
