Updated review Meko representative Sarah said after seeing my review that she wanted to be able to replace the box of defective nibs I had received , to repair by sending me a replacement box. In her reply she left a link that I could follow to get a new box. I followed it, filled it out and waited. It's been almost 3 weeks and I haven't heard or received anything. When I went back to my review her reply and the link she left somehow disappeared and I was unable to contact her. I refused a replacement and ordered a new Meko stylus. On the day the new stylus arrived I received a direct email from Sarah informing me that she had never received my information and wished to redeem their offer to exchange the defective product. Less than 3 days later I received a new box. Sarah contacted them again to make sure I got it. Through all of this, Sarah did everything she could to improve her company's product. This weekend, 2 weeks ago, I replaced the included nib with a new pen to see how it would hold up. I'm happy to report that both the company and the product have paid off. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still using the same tip. Once again I am very satisfied with the quality of this product and I recommend it to everyone. I want to thank Sarah for taking the time to improve your company's product. and were very happy with the product. Until I bought this item. It was my mother's birthday last October and at 74 she finally asked for her first pill. I decided to make it easier for her to work with the tablet and bought 2 packs of 2nd generation styluses. I gave her one and kept the other for myself. I spend a lot of time on my tablet. I do a lot of photo editing, run 2 facebook groups, a facebook page and a youtube channel. I can go through tips every two to three months or so. So I usually buy clear nozzles in bulk to save money. I was happy with the old nibs but always felt that the felt could be a lot shorter so I was thrilled when the second generation nibs came out. I shared the nibs that came with the pens with my mom and kept this box for myself. It took me a month to go through my three original tips. Then I opened this box. All of the nibs in this box broke within one to three days of putting them on the pen. One broke within a few hours. I was surprised! I couldn't believe what happened! I thought maybe I'm doing something wrong. So I asked my mom for one of the tips I gave her from the box of pencils. I've been using it for two weeks now. I don't know how I could have gotten a box where all the tips were bad. I can understand one, but all? I can't get it in my head. I'm really afraid to buy this again. I hate throwing money away and I feel like I made it here.
