Review on Shaver Blades Replacement Blender Processor by Fred Boals

Update: This is awesome! But my original says the cups from my old original Magic Bullet I bought in 2004 bolt onto these screws. Yes, they do! But apparently not to the last thread or whatever because it's too high at a point for the cup to screw into the base to engage the base motor. So no, these blades will fit old mugs, but they won't fit old mugs with the original Magic Bullet. However, they work great with my old Magic Bullet base when screwed onto the new 20oz mug I ordered from Revain when I ordered these blades. So I'm still using my old base motor and I like the little extra space in the new mug and it's the same as the old party mugs but a little bigger. So my new mug would be my all-purpose mug anyway, and I still have an old blade for my little mixing beaker for very fine work. I would order these knives again! Initial Rating: As described. Not sharp like my other original Magic Bullet blades. They weren't made to be spicy. But they work great! These new razor blades arrived quickly after ordering and looked different from my old bullet blades as they have a metal base that the blades attach to rather than black plastic. Much better I think since my 2004 originals had cracks and cracks in the black plastic in 14 years of use. They are designed with a small hole in the center of the metal base and the blade has a screw underneath that goes through this hole. Then a small white washer and a piece of black rubber with 4 large lugs that interact with the motor for rotary motion are quickly screwed onto the end of this long bolt. One of the two new blades came loose when opening the box and I had to screw the rubber base back on, but that wasn't a problem and no tools were required. I just hand tightened it, tried it by mixing some water to see if it leaks around the bolt and it's ok. These blades blend my vegetable powder, apples and other foods more thoroughly and a little faster than my old blades. Happy with the new blades and as my 14 year old original motor base and shells are as good as ever the new blades will allow me to continue using my old Magic Bullet rather than throwing away everything with cracked blades.
