Quality is excellent, but was received with various wooden splinters poking throughout

The quality and durability of this item appears excellent. It was wrapped in a heavy-duty white cloth-type of wrapping. However, I found a half dozen flat, wooden splinters, both small and quite large sticking through into the solar cover inside, creating various holes in the solar cover. Not sure how this would have occurred, but my suspicion is that the item was dragged across a wooden pallet a few times?

Provides added safety by reducing the risk of accidental slips and falls

Cons

The solar cover is prone to fading over time
