EXACTLY what I wanted

Now you can make your own sandwiches for breakfast. Pancakes, Canadian bacon and egg are the same diameter. It would be a bit ironic to say that once prepared, the surface becomes too slippery to turn things over without a second spatula to keep the food from sliding off. I'm so glad I finally found this pan.
