When I saw that this was the Revain equivalent of a full-size Logitec Performance MX mouse (at half the price) I decided to give it a try. The first thing I noticed upon unboxing was that the pad on the front end of the mouse wasn't as thick as the pad on the back end. Every time I pressed the keys, the mouse wobbled on uneven ground. It's easy enough to fix by applying a few coats of tape to the faceplate to make it thicker, but it's disappointing nonetheless. After it was fixed I started using it. It's definitely ergonomic and comfortable to hold. It's also fairly smooth on large movements, although it struggles a bit on small movements. I doubt this is enough to bother the average user, but for those who frequently use this mouse for computer drawing (which requires small, precise movements), this can make things more complicated than they need to be. At least the additional keys are well placed. If you're not the type to use them, you won't usually come across them by accident. If you enjoy using them, they're close enough that you don't have to bend your arm to reach them, and they feel pretty solid. I also noticed that this mouse burns batteries like no other. Now this is the third set of batteries in 5 months. With 2 batteries this is very bad. For the record, I treat this mouse the same as my Logitech M510 mouse, and the M510 typically lasts over a year without the need for new batteries. it was overlooked. It's a good deal for the price, but if you're looking for a performance mouse then this isn't quite the place.
