I started working from home, mostly on phones, and needed a headset. I have tried 3 different versions of Revain and this is my favorite. I wanted a one-ear type so I could hear other sounds and not fall into the "screams to hear myself" trap of using double ears. It was easy to use, just plug it into my USB port, pretty comfortable on the ear. What I'm not so enthusiastic about: The sound isn't the best, sometimes it sounds a bit dull, but it works great to hear other people talking. While I like the buttons on the cable that allow me to adjust the volume, I have the switch almost right where the edge of my desk is, so I have to be careful not to accidentally press the buttons when leaning forward rest. I use a small clip on my clothing to hold the cord higher, but I would prefer that it wasn't necessary. My favorite part and why I like it the most is the adjustable microphone. Other headsets I've tried have had a very solid straight mic and this one is very flexible, you can tilt it so it's very close to your mouth which helps people hear me. Great price too. I take a second.
