I received the protective films in good condition. I first watched the installation instruction video and then prepared to watch it while attempting to install the cover on my 9.7 inch tablet. Stickers and overlays as a draftsman in the past so I figured it would be easy. My first attempt went as I thought but found it impossible to remove bubbles from anywhere other than the rim. Eventually I deleted and threw away my 1st sheet, watched the video a few more times, made a few minor edits and got lucky. The second attempt worked significantly better, but still left a few small bubbles on the screen. "Success" but not in the way I expected. Good luck with more detailed instructions. .
