Seller was ok - delivered on time and speakers as advertised. I knew it had been renovated. So these are not questions. But I don't like the Mega Boom speakers at all. Faaarrr is overrated and overrated. First, there is little difference in sound quality compared to my Boze Colorlink. You can then only adjust the volume through the speaker itself (Boze volume works with whatever device [phone, tablet or whatever] it's connected to). Also, when my phone is connected to the speaker and I get a call, the music stops and the call goes through the speaker (my Bose just turns the music down and the call stays between you and the phone). Finally, the speaker turns on and off randomly via Bluetooth. I had the same experience with a brand new Mega Boom so it has nothing to do with it being refurbished. In Showdowns I would go with Bose. Boze has comparable sound quality, is cheaper, less annoying and more reliable.
