Cheaper gauze is mainly found in rubbish bins in discount stores, but not in this quality. Grade 90 is a much finer mesh than other cheap versions. It is also unbleached cotton fabric. This is great for a variety of culinary uses. Once you use good stuff, you realize that quality is worth the extra cost and is still very important.
