Not thrilled to death with this. Like many other states Cons: Overpriced. What is a hard hose? It doesn't look like you're pumping water through it. God make it more flexible, for heaven's sake, it's just air. Don't think it has a built in heater, it's not like others say it's heat from an electric motor. Pros: it blows. The little trolley they have is a joke. I ordered a small cart from Harbor Freight for $10 and it falls off immediately. It's wide/sturdy and works great, a few zip ties and it will follow you everywhere. I've ordered a 10 foot much lighter/flexible hose so when I'm done it will be a very handy tool. For those using electric leaf blowers I would stick with it as this thing really isn't worth $200 plus dollars. Now that I have one I'm not thrilled, but in hindsight 20/20.
