Medium quality, especially for that kind of money.
The biggest drawback is the noise (vibration) of the fans. The sound goes through the case and it is perfectly audible in the cabin (about 2 times louder than the cooling fan). In a quiet car - it's terribly annoying. Formally banned for use on public roads, tk. in terms of brightness, they can blind the oncoming lane when it approaches the car (at a long distance they do not blind). There is an article ZaRulem, where all this was sorted out. They are not rigidly fixed in HB3 mounts. I used it for 2 days, after which I put the halogens back, and sold these.
- Light up as advertised. Generally even and bright. White color. A clear light strip is a corner in the lens headlight.
- Very noisy, it says on the box that it cannot be used on public roads (only outside the city), there is no certainty that you will not blind the oncoming traffic when it approaches. The HB3 fits into the seat without a click - there is a feeling that it may fall out.
