Review on 📀 Enhanced Sony UBP-X700M 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Player for Home Theater Streaming with included HDMI Cable by Jerardo Phi

I recently bought a Sony TV, an XBR-77A9G, a STR-1080 DN receiver and this Sony UPB-700X Blue Ray player. I thought that if you buy components and the whole system from the same manufacturer, especially from Sony with an excellent reputation, everything will fit. NOT CORRECT. NO advantages when buying all Sony devices, no connections between their products. Each of them is autonomous. This player will not play a 4K Blue Ray disc, I have a black screen, I looked at the troubleshooting guide and was told there are 8 reasons why this could be happening. Tried all 8 functions, nothing works. There are no instructions in their individual guides on how to link their products together. If they don't know or don't want to tell you, how are you going to do it yourself? If I could I would give Sony minus 10 for customer service and user experience. There are no error messages on the Blue Ray system screen, nor any way to fix them. Sony customer service is not 800# but long distance, probably because so many customers are calling they can't afford 800#. Called this morning, put on hold for 2 minutes, then hung up. recall and the same. Where is Sony Customer Support located?
