I bought two of these for a dual monitor setup. IPS glow is minimal. Has a jet black color, bright white. You have great control. I'll calibrate them for color accuracy, but so far I'm very impressed. I didn't notice any halos (maybe I just never noticed). And getting 6 additional USB 3 ports is a big plus. (each monitor has 4). I used the NVidia control panel to overclock the refresh rate on them, both are 85Hz with no dropped frames, a 41% refresh rate increase! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new cheap 1440p. Monitor.
