Review on PDU Power Strip Surge Protector Accessories & Supplies by Charles Purnell

Received my Pyle surge protector/extender from Revain today. It arrived on time and after inspection, the product exceeded my expectations. The 14 AWG cable is well made and heavy enough to deliver the full 15 amps this device is rated for. Although my product is rack mounted in a travel PA case, the power cord feels sturdy enough to take a beating in the real world. The steel body is well assembled and has a nice finish! The rubber feet are a nice touch if you're using it as a standalone unit, but they're easily removed for rack mounting. The brushed black aluminum bezel is likely 1/8 inch thick and will have no problem rack mounting. Some of the other devices I tested were advertised with flimsy mounts. This device will be fine. Surge protection is always good. have, and the added value of linear filtering will come in handy in clubs. Neon signs and questionable wiring are always a problem. The front socket is also a great feature and I can see that it comes in very handy! It will be a welcome addition to my acoustic setup and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to you too!
