This brand of Aasonida Desk Misting Fan is rechargeable, the base is big enough not to tip over on you, just make sure you are on the surface stand. If I keep it on, it's big enough to fit in without tipping over. I use it in my car when my air conditioning goes off and I was dying to stay cool on those hot summer days until I could save up to rectify this. Don't expect this little fan to generate that much airflow, but if it's very close to your body it will keep you cool on a hot day, better than nothing, but it needs a more powerful motor. better out, a stronger air current blows towards you. Good idea. Pouring water in to turn it into a smoke machine that you don't have to keep on yourself is a great idea. Just flip the switch and it stays on for as long as you need it. Turn it off to save your rechargeable battery life, which is decent in terms of time. If it blew colder air harder the price would be justified, but that's weak airflow for such a high price in my opinion.
