Update: This product looks great the first time you apply it and washes off easily. As a result, after several attempts to repair the damage, they gave the sofa away for free. Our sofa was badly damaged during a recent move to another state. Instead of fighting with the shipping company, I decided to try this product. Amazing results! I'm so happy and excited that I don't have to change the sofa I love. My advice: 1) Take your time with the application. Don't start if you're in a hurry. Color matching is the most important part. When you start applying it and see a visible difference, wipe it off and adjust the color. It took me a few tries to match this dark brown with the included chocolate and black; and 2) Apply, don't brush. You don't want visible brush strokes. A little feathering helps mask the brush strokes and make them more skin-like. I would give this product 10 stars if I could.
