I feel like I should make a big announcement. :-) But it's actually a simple device: a broom with a short handle. I keep it in my pantry for a quick clean under the kitchen counter. It also easily fits in the trunk of a car. It does an excellent job of sweeping up spilled flakes etc. For a large area I would use my regular longer handled broom as it's easier on my back. In addition, my normal broom has a wider sweeping surface.
