About a year ago I bought a set of 15 hard anodized glass which I really liked. The only downside to this is that the lid gets very hot during the cooking process and the weight is still heavy. After doing research and getting recommendations, I took this three-piece cookware to the test. I noticed a few little things, but when it comes to cooking, it's the little things that count. 1. It's super light and the curved handles actually make it more comfortable on my hands and arms when holding it.2. The jar lid doesn't get so hot that I need oven mitts to remove the lid, and the rim of the pot expands to make pouring easier.3. It's very cute (especially for us women) because of the Tuxton butterfly logo and branding visibility on all product handles. It's a great promotion when we show it to our friends. I read on the website that the cookware can be used on all types of stoves. This caught my attention because although we now have an electric stove, my husband and I will have a gas stove in the future. With that in mind, we know we can keep Thaxton in mind for whatever cooking changes we make in our lives.
