Took two to get one to work

I got my first one and was all set up to anodize for the very first time and it wouldn’t work. The Voltage test per the hard to understand instructions would only go to 4.5 VDC max. Not 30. Sent it back via Kohl’s return (which is great but not very much fun as would be anodizing!)(that doesn’t sound right). Number 2 was better. The instructions don’t talk about anodizing and I guess I don’t expect them to but, come to find out even though you set the voltage to say 15V, once the circuit is…

Small Device Yet Powerfull & Accurate

Disliked the way this first unit was shipped to me. A shipping label was put on the original box and shipped to me. It came beat up quite a bit. The security tabs securing down the box opening were torn open but nothing was missing on the inside. I liked the size of the unit, (Small & Light Weight) it had all the cabling I needed to hook up most anything. Because of the positive items, I decided to order another one to create a Positive & Negative Power station setup. The unit seemed to display

Worked great the first time I used it, then. yeah

I got this thing a year ago. I'm a hobbyist, so the occasion to use it comes up very rarely. The second time, not so much. I opened it up to see what was going on inside, and I'm pretty sure that I am completely out of my element with this kind of stuff so. chalk it up as a loss. Didn't realize it had a two year warranty until AFTER I tore it apart. Oops.

Continuous control and accurate too !

Very accurate and the control is continuous so you do not have to deal with the coarse and fine control thing. That's my review!

They were willing to correct the problem in a few days and so I am well with the overall result

The first unit I received worked accurately but had a bad circuit that turned the unit off after about 10 minutes of operation. I returned the unit and received a replacement. The replacement has worked properly since then. So far I am very happy with the unit.

I bet it would be good, if ihad all the parts

I received the product and the core of it looks intact, but unfortunately the product box(not the shipping box) was busted open when i opened my package. it looked to be missing all of the wiring parts(positive, negative, and most importantly the wall cable), so i can not even bench check it to verify that the product is working.

Close enough - my new review

Looking at the photos I took. If you need absolute precision, this isn't it. But close enough for general use. I also ran an Oscilloscope and the results were very clean.

excellent quality! accurate voltage and current display

voltage and current both showed only 0.1 volts and 0.1 amps above what my high quality multimeter showed. excellent quality and easy to use. love it!
