The ease of use is great! I can easily create reports using Excel or Word with all my data in one place at once instead having multiple spreadsheets that are hard to keep track off.
It's not as easy when you need some help but they have tutorials available online if needed so there isn't much trouble finding answers most times. Very helpful tool especially since we work from home (as well) it helps us stay organized without wasting time going back & forth between different places trying to find what information i'm looking for while working on our projects together remotely.- Being able to see everything about each client project right away makes things run smoother than before because now everyone has an idea where something should go next. We've been running smoothly ever since getting this program installed!! Nothing really other then maybe try more out first before deciding whether its good enought for your organization needs? Having access to ALL previous clients' invoices allows me to quickly.
