I ordered a large size and when it arrived I tried it on but it was too large. So I received an email from the supplier asking if the product meets my requirements and also for my review. Before I thought about returning the item I wanted to wash it hoping it would shrink. They saved me by emailing me, I replied to the email and explained the problem. They replied to my email the very next day and immediately wanted to send a replacement and told me to keep the original. They didn't have to, but they were willing and did the right thing without question, even though it was my fault. I am now the right size and fit perfectly. The product feels and looks durable and is made of high quality materials. I've been wearing them for 2 days now and they support my knees very well. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, this seems to help with sweat or heat behind the knees. Even when I sit on a chair, it doesn't burn and I don't feel any uncomfortable pain in the back of my knees.
