Knee pads are great for running and exercising, especially if you have knee problems.

I've had a few knee surgeries and stay fairly active (CrossFit, running, etc.). Over the past few years I've noticed that my knees have lost some mobility and when running it takes a little longer to get back on my feet due to knee issues (stiffness, discomfort). ). I received my knee braces on Thursday 5th April and was so excited I tore my menisci in both knees, put them on straight away and saw a difference within an hour mind you was at my house . On Friday April 6th I wore them to work and raved about them all. At the end of the day I was sad to tell others that they kept falling off my feet and I had to keep pulling them up. These compression knee pads are well made and look good. Used them twice on off-road touring. The first time, the tops work their way down and gather just above the kneecap area. I pulled them up to no avail. So towards the end of the trip I took them off. The second time I rolled the top elastics down a few times until they stopped slipping on the first ride. I bought this item because I needed extra support for my injured knee and support for my other knee because it was under pressure from an injury. Due to the size I went for size XL but when I received it I noticed that it fits exactly that size like a sock but I needed more compression.
