I've had a few knee surgeries and stay fairly active (CrossFit, running, etc.). Over the past few years I've noticed that my knees have lost some mobility and when running it takes a little longer to get back on my feet due to knee issues (stiffness, discomfort). ). On a whim I decided to look around for a pair of knee pads to see if that would help. I found these and decided to try them out. I've run in it twice now and done a CrossFit workout in it. They worked wonders and my discomfort was greatly reduced. I would definitely buy them again. Great product (especially for the price).
