Subaru Crosstrek 2018, Harmon Kardon with Nav. Apple iPhone 12max pro iOS 14.5. I tried two different devices, neither connected to my phone or car. Several emails to tech support assured me this should work with my machine but it didn't, the bluetooth signal never showed up on my car or phone, there was no wifi, the light never went from red. I wanted it to work poorly, very frustrating and very poorly written instructions.
