I'm using these to secure outdoor LED rope lighting to a fence. While they are quite handy and convenient to have, they have a decent failure rate. I will mention I am using them in a location where the support screws cannot be used as it would damage the underlying material. But after a few days, I noticed a few of them falling off. The sticky tape is not coming off of the surface I put them on, the white plastic piece is falling off the tape, leaving the sticky patch still stuck to the fence. I simply replace it with a new one, but it is annoying.
