I love that they provide an excellent platform for me to post audio recordings of my own writing at different levels, as well as other authors who are willing share their work through this podcast channel! The support team is also fantastic in responding quickly with questions or problems you may have after publishing your show here - even if it's not directly related to them. They've been able (and want) help us grow our audience in order to earn more money off ad revenue etc., but sometimes we need to know what features could be improved so people can get better use out of those things before making suggestions about how to improve them. It makes life easier having someone else do all these techy bits behind-the scenes which would otherwise take up valuable time away from producing new shows & editing existing ones. This service has helped immensely throughout production.
