I like that there is an easy way for me, as a podcaster with no programming or design skills, to launch my own show in minutes. They also give you all of their templates so you can use them when launching podcasts! The ease of use, how easy it is to get started with and the fact that they have so many options for you to choose from. I love that they are always adding new features and making things easier. There isn't anything that I dislike about them. They make it very simple to record and post podcasts on their platform. It's also super easy to get feedback on your episodes as well. I like that you can record into their system easily, so there is no need for additional software or plugins (like Adobe Audition). You don't have access right away when uploading new episodes of podcasts - but they do tell me if something goes wrong with my file during this process! The support team was super helpful as well!!
