This is a well-built notebook with some really good features: Heavy grade paper that does not ghost or feather when using a fountain pen, a pen loop on the spine, and the usual pocket in the back and single bookmark ribbon. Paper quality is better than that of Leuchtturm, but may be a bit stiff or heavy for some users. Love the thickness of this notepad and the pen loop. I have looked at many, even purchased a few other notepads with and without the agenda layouts, and ultimately keep coming back to the simplicity and function of this one. I had one prior version with a different cover where the binding started to wear, but that was after 5-6 months of daily use so I felt like I got my money’s worth. Great product, plan to be a return customer.

I like this blank journal. It's got really good, thick paper. I don't use fountain pens, but it takes a gel pen with no problem. It's sturdy enough, and having the pen holder on the spine is a nice touch. It holds a Dr Grip pen as long as you push it in from the bottom. Otherwise the grip part gets stuck on the elastic. I bought this for notes on new books I read for work-related knowledge. I use a fountain pen with it, and this notebook has been an absolute dream. Now this is what I like to call a good quality notebook it’s very sturdy when if you’re not writing on a flat surface. As a college student I don’t like carrying a lot of notebooks for each class causing my bag to get heavy, the notebook is thick with plenty of pages that will last you a while. I was not expecting such a great notebook for the modest price. First off, the notebook came in a box! How fancy is that?! When I opened it, I was surprised at the quality. It has a great feeling cover, elastic pen/pencil holder on the side, and an elastic band to keep the book closed. The pages are quite heavy which is perfect if you are writing with dark, heavy ink. Not sure if I personally like this. The photos make it seem like the might be a cream color or even a pale yellow. That is not the case. I prefer cream or white pages. As a writer I am a little picky about my notebooks. I am keeping it just a heads up to others.

Very nice notebook. The cover is thick and soft, and the pages are thick and sturdy. Ink absorbs into the pages quickly, no smearing. It has a quality feel to it. A quality notebook for a good price. If you're looking for a general purpose notebook, this is an excellent choice. I really like it, and will most likely purchase another when needed.

I purchased several of these in different colors to use for work, committees, military, etc because I loved the size and finish. I thought the binding separation may have been an anomaly, but, alas….half of the journals collapsed within the first couple uses. Very disappointing.

I have tried and used many of the various journals available on Revain including the name-brand ones. This one hits the sweet spot! It has the right amount of pages, a storage folder as part of the back page, and most importantly the pen holder. Having a spot to hold a pen that is on the non-spine side of the notebook is the right place for it from my perspective. This is my go-to journal!

So happy with this purchase! I am extremely picky when it comes to notebooks, especially ones that I can use at work to carry with me in and out of meetings. Not only does it look professional, but it’s sturdy, quality paper, and it come with tabs to help you mark pages/sections in case you need to quickly reference something. Also, I never thought I’d ever say this, but the pen loop is a game changer! It makes running to and from meetings a breeze.

This is the second time I've ordered this journal, so that should speak for itself. The paper is nice(thick and smooth), I like the pen loop, and it has a small folder on the inside back cover. I use it for Bible note-taking, Bible study, and sermon notes. The elastic band keeps it closed, making it easy to throw in my bag without wrecking anything. I'll order another one when this one is full :)
