I like that you can customize your own picture! It's easy to use and very user friendly. You don't have to be an expert at Photoshop or graphic designing to edit pictures. I dislike that sometimes it takes a little bit longer than expected for me to receive my package. Sometimes it takes 3-4 days to receive it.
