I purchased and used this product once before encountering a serious problem which fortunately did not result in serious injury. the whole lid fell to the floor and the handle was still in my hand. It broke immediately as it is held in place by a simple screw in a chipped cheap plastic handle. doesn't even support removing the cover at all. Is it the way the new product is delivered to the customer? Very bad processing. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement cover. Nice try but the replacement lid handle didn't help. the same for 2 weeks. removed and no longer attached to the lid. You have a serious quality issue with this steamer that needs to be addressed. This vape has a lot of potential, but it seems that some parts are just insanely cheaply made and don't serve the intended purpose. I would return the whole thing if I could as I am very disappointed at the moment but Rewain says the return date has already passed as I have given the company time to fix the issue. .Do not buy! Update after 9 months of ownership: Fast forward to 9 months of casual use and now the item isn't even producing vapor, it's throwing an error code within 2 minutes of starting. The appliance thinks it's overheating and shuts itself down, leaving you unable to cook anything. So as my review says, don't buy this cheap vape. terrible.
