I'm really HOT! The first was clearly used as it was dirty and had small chips on the joystick itself. It didn't sync properly and crashed so badly that it had to be returned. I just got a replacement and it's always the SAME! They are supposed to be NEW but we have now received TWO very clearly used ones and neither worked. They clearly send us those that have previously been returned. I'm disappointed, angry and WILL get to the bottom of this! BUYER BEWARE!** I AM WILLING TO UPDATE THIS POST IF THE SELLER FEELS AND CORRECTS THIS SITUATION. OTHERWISE THIS IS A 1 STAR PRODUCT (actually no stars) AND I WARN OTHERS NOT TO BUY ON AMAZON**
