The most useful tool is the case management feature where you can schedule hearings, approve payments etc for each of your clients or customers. Case information are stored in folders that can be accessed from anywhere to keep track of all your client files in one place and access them easily when needed. I don't see any major downsides so far. You need an active account which costs $50 if you're not already using it (for free). However, there is nothing much to pay at this stage. If you have many clients then managing their accounts will take extra time. We use Mayocourt very efficiently by storing our account records online and updating our payment plans as soon as we receive funds.
