We used to chop ginger and this amazing little tool does the job a lot better with less time and effort. Since the ginger is now smaller, we can feel it much better and drink it more easily. Just be careful not to rub your fingers. We usually pour the drink onto the surface of the grate to get rid of the bits stuck to the spikes, but this works great either way.
