Pleasant surprise

I got my first electric razor in 1957 when I was 14 years old. Ronson, it had a foil head covering a textured block that cut with vibration, and by then I had something to shave, blasted the whole thing to pieces. So a few years later I switched to Remington, which worked well until I went to college. I then switched to a Gillette safety razor, first using standard blades before switching to 'Blue Blades' when they came out, and then to Wilkenson Sword stainless steel blades, which were a completely different beast. Sometime in my 20s, I switched to a two-headed Norelco plug-in, then to a three-headed Norelco plug-in, and finally to multiple rechargeable Norelcos. So I have some experience and I have to say that this new 7100 offers the best shave I have ever had. It's fast, quiet, and comfortable, and I end up with a very smooth face and neck. However, I have to say that I was very amused by the Bluetooth function and the smartphone app. Are there really men who have to be told on the phone if they shave well? I suspect that this increases costs and therefore profits. Or maybe it's just a manifestation of the Dutch keen sense of humor.
