Misleading product page

At the time of this review, the product page of this particular Philips Norelco Shaver 7100 lists the following as included: Travel case, Charging station, Quick cleaning unit with cleaning cartridge. This is evident in the comparison table of similar products on the product page. As mentioned in another review, this is not the case. These accessories are included with the 7700. I decided to purchase this product because of the accessories that came with it. If you are satisfied with just…

Best Norelco so far! about shaving and hair removal products

Finally Norelco lives up to its hype with its effectiveness. This one actually shaves as close as a blade. I use an electric one because I don't like blades, but sometimes I need to use a blade to clean my neck so my hair doesn't get caught on my shirt. After decades of "lift and cut" hype and other pointless marketing, this one works: Skin is razor-smooth when done. I chose this model because the more expensive ones didn't make sense. For $50 more, it comes with a charging stand. No need for a

It's not worth it and norelco lost a customer

I have been a loyal user of the Norelco electric shaver for about 25 years and it was great ONCE. My last one was 12 and was busted by the TSA. Worked great and held a charge. I chose this model, which disappointed me. It does not shave and comes without accessories. The shave was rough and I really had to put a lot of pressure on my skin to make it work well. They added unnecessary features like useless Bluetooth. Also, the battery life wasn't good. As a result, I went back to the Braun foil…

Pleasant surprise

I got my first electric razor in 1957 when I was 14 years old. Ronson, it had a foil head covering a textured block that cut with vibration, and by then I had something to shave, blasted the whole thing to pieces. So a few years later I switched to Remington, which worked well until I went to college. I then switched to a Gillette safety razor, first using standard blades before switching to 'Blue Blades' when they came out, and then to Wilkenson Sword stainless steel blades, which were a…

Closest Norelco razor in 40 years but

I have been using Norelco razors for over 40 years. Absolutely the smoothest and fastest shave I have ever had with Norelco. But. non-rounded heads make penetration under the nose and sideburns more difficult. Who would redesign them like that? It does not make sense. The built-in pop-up trimmer, while a welcome replacement for the spare trimmer, is lame compared to the old pop-up trimmer. Turns out it's a cost saver. Finally, the button to open the razor for cleaning is in the wrong place. I…

7000 Rating: Men

I was surprised by the size of the rectangular case for the blades. It's bigger than it looks in the picture. This was the hardest to adjust to as it's hard to tell where the blades are on your face. In fact, the whole razor is bigger than my former Norelco razor. The battery life is excellent. An app that pairs a razor with a Blu-Tooth is stupid. I'm not sure I like this shaver more than my old Norelco that I had for 7 years. The time will show. Update: I sent this razor back. It's too loud…
