This is a really good balance bike and my furry baby loves it. It took her maybe 10 minutes before she lit it and the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because for $100 it could have been better. It's pretty heavy, so I bought a four-foot-long piece of 1/8-inch aluminum and eight 1/2-inch Lowes self-tapping screws, all for about $12. Mounting the wheel on an aluminum bracket instead of hanging it on the cage rail makes it very quiet, durable and helps the wheel and cage last longer as they don't bounce or shake the cage. This can be done by any father, brother or uncle who has a drill and a saw, it's very easy. I also understand why each wheel falls off the axle, the bolt used as the wheel axle is about 8 inches shorter than the lock nut. So if your nut is fairly new you can flip it over and then screw it back in, it will work and not come loose. This is another reason I gave 4 stars. But everything indicates that this is a good chinchilla bike.
