When I saw that it was perfect for meatloaf I thought it was great because I like to make two meatloafs because I love ketchup and I bake it on top and my husband doesn't love it. To be perfectly honest, however, this is a very small meatloaf pan. I'd call it more of a quick bread pan because it doesn't lend itself to the standard meatloaf recipe (2 pounds of meat). The meatloaf was baked and could easily be washed in the dishwasher. The meatloaf took longer than usual so keep that in mind. It doesn't look big enough to bake a standard loaf that you would buy in the frozen section of a grocery store and then pick up at home to bake.
