Hardware issues

The laptop software itself worked well but the refurbished hardware had major issues: 1) Charger: The charger that came with the laptop was a third party charger with adapter. . This isn't branded by Lenovo, so it's already raised a red flag. 2) Mouse Pad: The mouse pad itself clicks on it with very light pressure. It feels like the hardware itself has worn out and hasn't been properly replaced or repaired. 3) Dead Pixels: One thing I always look for is dead pixels. There is a huge dead zone in the middle at the bottom of my screen. Overall very dissatisfied with this updated product.
