Ok I explain I like the product it has some problems that I'm less satisfied with. 1. Had to pierce my frame to make this work, no big deal, I'm capable and able to do what needs to be done but some aren't capable and don't have the tools to take care of crappy moments might come as they say. If you don't plan, your plan is bound to fail.2. My suggestion to the manufacturer of this product: add some extra screws. I was missing 4 bolts due to the number of holes on the bracket, I had my own but if your truck is disassembled and there are no other vehicles. yours hanged. Also it needed some shims to deflect the frame from the mount, again there were shims that worked but again a few extras could be used.3. T-connection is undesirable, upgrade required.4. The pressure pins on the needle valves on the exhaust valve for the two side adjustments were leaking on the pins so I removed them and fixed the problem, I'll end up taking a file and trimming them, I hope this fixes the problem, I think they were it just held too long and pushed on the valves. Rotate 90 degrees. The airbag inlet is a custom size, the manufacturer should list the size so you can purchase a replacement just in case. I'm sorry I didn't find time for the microphone. them at the time i installed everything i just wanted my truck to be back on the road. Can't think of anything else, I bought 2 different air connection kits just in case of a replacement and in case of any problems. Always reschedule. Aside from these minor issues, I love the product, my Heavy Heavy Trailer and they hold it up like a champ.
